This 27-year old Dutch hardstyle producer is blowing up right now and surfing waves of incredible momentum caused by a huge worldwide revival for hard dance music lately, also thanks to electronic dance music’s breakthrough in America of the last few years.
Love the discipline and rigor in this guy, he’s been at it for years and it’s finally paying off.
His visual execution is top-notch as well, with him bringing his own camera crew to every show and then editing it together and leveraging it through YouTube as the way to get even more exposure for his music.
And I’m actually starting to like hardstyle, which as a non-expert in that genre I may conclude means his stuff might be more mainstream than the usual stuff. Is Headhunterz for hardstyle what Pendulum was for drum and bass and Skrillex for dubstep?
